Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

Our products are shipped usually within 8-12 working days after the payment. Some items require longer or shorter time to reach the destination, please see the deadline stated on some of the product's listing page.

The International Registered Mail shipping time for Europe is approx. 5 business days. For other locations (US, Canada, Asia, Australia) approx. 7-12 business days. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. From our experience shipping within Europe usually takes 3-6 days , while to other locations it's either on time or a couple of days longer.
Estimated courier shipping time (UPS or DPD) is 2-3 business days in Europe and 4-6 to other locations.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and exchanges

Our customers' satisfaction is extremely important to us. We always aim to find satisfying solution to any claims received. Therefore once we receive one and agree on the details, we are open to accepting returns and issuing a refund for an unworn product shipped back to us. The shipping cost for returning an item must be covered by the customer.

We are also open to exchanging the product, however please note that the additional shipping costs - both ways - must be covered by the customer. We will only ship the exchanged product back to the customer after receiving the amount due for the shipping and after agreeing the details.

Please note that the custom-made and made to order items are not returnable or exchangeable.

If you want to return or exchange the product please CONTACT US or email on shop@filcant.com. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

As a seller we are unable to take responsibility for items that are lost, damaged or not delivered by the postal services / shipping companies. On a occasion when the item is not delivered in time, despite being despatched from our studio, we will file a claim to the postal services / shipping company. The claim requires about 30 days processing time to be resolved.

Unclaimed orders that were returned will be re-sent after payment for the second shipping is received.
